Our Scottish Neep Tonic Water is made from fresh neeps grown here on our farm. We use the bree they are boiled in as a base for this unique tonic water to give an aroma of neep to the drink. We recommend a pairing with a Scottish Tattie vodka such as Ogilvy Vodka to create a 'Neeps and Tatties Cocktail'.
The box also contains our Original Tonic Water which picks up a slight salty note due to being made here on the North Aberdeenshire coast. Serve it with a coastal or island gin for a fantastic pairing.
