This tonic is really, really nice! Lovely baked apple flavour, not too sweet and just the right amount of tartness with warming cinnamon notes. Great paired with Caorunn Gin and beautiful on its own with ice, so easy to drink, very refreshing like a glass of strudel.... I wish it came in bigger bottles!!!

    Absolutely Delicious!

I recently tried this tonic in a cocktail that I made, but before I put it in I tried it alone and just wow... I've never had a tonic so full of flavour but so true to tonic before. Such a gorgeous combination of apple and cinnamon that really can be enjoyed alone over ice. It's a perfect tonic for most gins to be honest, I'm sure it would shine extra brightly with a spiced gin!
