Shipping

We use Parcel Force Express48 for delivery across the UK within 2 working days. We recommend providing a delivery address where it is likely that someone will be available to receive and sign for the parcel. When your order has been despatched, you'll be sent an email with your tracking reference so you can keep an eye on the progress of your order. Enter your tracking number here.

Delivery Times

We aim to pack and send orders the next working day. We are open Monday to Friday and closed at weekends and during Public Holidays. Orders placed during those times are dispatched on the next working day.

Delivery Times

Subscription Deliveries

Our Subscription boxes include Free UK Delivery and are shipped so they arrive with you around the 15th of the month. This date changes depending on when the 15th falls, for example – over a weekend. 

Our deadline to receive a delivery the same month is the 10th of each month. If you sign up after the 10th of the month it will be following month before you receive your first box.

Breakages

Our packaging is designed to safely deliver your order and has been extensively tried and tested. In the case of a breakage, please take care when handling the box and follow the instructions on the delivery note or email us at info@waltergregors.com so we can resolve it immediately. 

Returns

We’re sure you’ll be happy with your order however if for any reason you’re not, please do get in touch with us at hello@waltergregors.com within 14 days. If you want to return anything, we can only accept products which are unopened and in original packaging. Please note only items purchased on our website can be returned or exchanged directly with us.  If you bought from another website or a retailer, please contact them regarding returns and refunds.

You may return goods to us by post or another suitable delivery service of your choice to our returns address. You will be responsible for the cost of postage to return cancelled goods.  This cost is normally £5 in the UK.  We will charge you the direct cost to us of collection if you request that we collect the goods from you. The cost of returning goods to us should not normally exceed the cost of having them originally delivered to you if you use the same carrier.

In all cases please retain proof of purchase and your Order Reference Number so we can deal with your enquiry as quickly and efficiently as possible.
