Our shipping charge is £4.95 per order.
We use UPS for delivery across the UK so that we can track your parcel's progress to your door and make sure it has arrived safely. We recommend providing a delivery address where it is likely that someone will be available to receive and sign for the parcel. When your order has been despatched, you'll be sent an email with your tracking reference so you can keep an eye on the progress of your order.
We generally despatch orders on a Tuesday and Thursday and UPS usually deliver within 2 working days.
Breakages and Delivery Issues
Our packaging is designed to safely deliver your order and has been extensively tried and tested. However, with glass and courier deliveries, there is always the opportunity that a breakage may occur. In the case of a breakage, please take care when handling the box and follow the instructions on the delivery note or email us at email@example.com so we can resolve the issue.
We're sure you'll be happy with your order however if for any reason you're not, please do get in touch with us within 14 days of delivery. If you want to return anything, we can only accept products which are unopened and in original packaging. Please note only items purchased on our website can be returned or exchanged directly with us. If you bought from another website or a retailer, please contact them regarding returns and refunds.
You may return goods to us by post or another suitable delivery service of your choice to our returns address. You will be responsible for the cost of postage to return cancelled goods. We will charge you the direct cost to us of collection if you request that we collect the goods from you. The cost of returning goods to us should not normally exceed the cost of having them originally delivered to you if you use the same carrier.
In all cases please retain proof of purchase and your Order Reference Number so we can deal with your enquiry as quickly and efficiently as possible.
