Earlier this summer we were delighted to welcome the BBC’s gaelic programme ‘Talamh Torrach’ to see our garden and bottling plant. ‘Talamh Torrach’ is gaelic for rich/fertile soil/land and is pronounced tal-oo tor-och, with a soft ‘och’ like in ‘loch’. The resulting documentary about Scotland’s food and drink follows our journey along with that of three other artisan food and drink entrepreneurs: Graeme Jarron of Ogilvy Vodka; Mark Reynolds of Piggery Smokery and Ellie Sinclair of VegCo.
The programme will be aired on BBC ALBA on Wednesday 26t h September at 9pm, and repeated on Monday 1s t October at 10.30pm. If you miss it, it will be on the BBC iPlayer for 30 days after that. I hope you enjoy watching our story.
